VEHO spare parts ordering system

The challenge

VEHO is the official Mercedes-Benz dealer, and its spare parts ordering environment eparts.veho.ee serves both workshops and private customers. VEHO changed its business system, so all of the ordering environment's data exchange – product information, stock levels, prices, credit limits and orders – had to be rebuilt for the new system. At the same time, the existing frontend was outdated and no longer met expectations for security and user experience.

What we did

We built a spare parts ordering system on the Magento platform and connected it to VEHO's business system, which provides real-time product information, stock levels in the Estonian and Polish warehouses, and customer-specific prices.

We built B2B-specific features: showing and using the credit limit in the cart and at checkout, a wish list for repeat orders and a default warehouse choice. At checkout, customers can choose DPD courier delivery or pickup from the selected warehouse, and pay with their credit limit, a bank link or a combination of both. Completed orders move to the business system automatically.

The result

VEHO's customers find the right spare part and place their order in one environment, seeing stock levels, their own prices and their available credit limit straight away. We keep developing and maintaining the platform with regular releases, keeping the Magento version and security patches up to date.
