What we offer

For banks and insurers, our work falls mainly into three areas.

Internet bank prototyping and UX

We design and prototype the internet bank’s user interface, optimise workflows and test the solution with real users before it goes into development.

Prototyping

Self-service portals

We build self-service portals where customers can compare, buy and manage products without visiting a branch – from investment products to insurance.

Self-service portals

Insurance systems and integrations

We develop insurance sales and management systems and integrate them with insurers, brokers and internal systems, even when every partner has its own API and sales process.

Integrations

Why choose us?

Banking and insurance software isn’t finished in one project. An internet bank, a self-service portal or an insurance sales system keeps evolving, alongside the bank’s own teams, other vendors and the regulator’s requirements.

Our teams have been in projects like these from start to finish, on both web and mobile. We know how decisions are made in a large organisation and how to fit several vendors’ work together.

Taking over an existing system

We take over systems built by another vendor or an in-house team. We start with a code and security audit, which shows you what is in order, what needs fixing and what is critical.

In the financial sector this is often an older system supervised by the Financial Supervision Authority. We upgrade or replace the outdated framework piece by piece, modernise the code and improve the system’s speed and reliability.

Maintenance and operations

A dedicated team

Banking and insurance projects are long-term. You get a dedicated team from us that knows your products, systems and decision-making. The team’s make-up depends on your needs and can grow or shrink over time.

We work together with your team and other vendors: shared goals, transparent planning and regular updates on the work done.

How do we work?

You talk directly to the people who build your solution, not to intermediaries.

  1. Kick-off meeting

We listen to your goals and get to know your existing systems and requirements.

  2. Analysis

We map the workflows, integrations and regulatory requirements.

  3. Prototype and user tests

A clickable prototype that we test with real users before development.

  4. Development in cycles

We work in step with your team and your other vendors.

  5. Maintenance and further development

We stay with the system after release too.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do you work with our IT department and other vendors?

Yes. Most of our financial-sector projects have been delivered together with the client’s own team and other vendors. We agree at the start who is responsible for what, and plan the work together.

  • Can you do just the prototype?

Yes. The prototype and user tests give you a validated solution that can be developed further by us, your own team or another vendor.

  • How do you ensure security?

Our information security is ISO 27001 certified, and we check solutions against OWASP guidelines. Security and audit requirements are taken into account from the analysis stage.

  • Will the solution meet accessibility requirements?

Yes. We check solutions against WCAG. Since 2025 the European Accessibility Act (EAA) also applies to banking services.

  • How much does a financial-sector project cost?

The price depends on the scope, the integrations and the make-up of the team. We give an exact estimate after a short analysis.
