Jira and Atlassian plugins that make work flow

We build plugins and extensions for Jira and other Atlassian products that adapt the tools to your business processes. We have built risk management and impact analysis plugins used in day-to-day enterprise risk governance.

Let’s talk about the process your team needs.

Let’s discuss your project

Why a custom Atlassian plugin?

A workflow that fits your process

Out-of-the-box Jira doesn’t cover every business process. A custom plugin brings the missing functionality right into the tool your team already uses.

Data and processes in one place

Risks, impact assessments and action plans live where the team already works. No more spreadsheets and scattered emails.

Automation instead of manual work

The plugin calculates impact, notifies the responsible person and tracks deadlines automatically. People focus on decisions, not data entry.

What we build in the Atlassian ecosystem

  • Risk identification and management

Business and technology risk registers directly in Jira: risk identification, categorisation and assignment of owners.

  • Impact calculation and assessment

Automated risk impact scoring based on likelihood and consequence. A visual risk matrix gives an overview of the entire portfolio.

  • Mitigation plans and actions

Concrete actions for every risk to drive the impact to zero, with deadlines and responsible owners.

  • Processes and workflows

Risk mapping process steps built into the plugin: identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring.

  • Dashboards and reports

Risk portfolio overviews, trend charts and management reports right on the Jira dashboard.

  • Integrations with external systems

Connections with Confluence, Bitbucket and external systems such as ERP and CMDB.

Risk management plugin in practice

We have built a Jira plugin that covers the full enterprise risk management cycle. Organisations use it to map business and technology risks, assess impact, and track mitigation plans.

The plugin moves risk management from spreadsheets into Jira, where the process is transparent, responsibilities are clear and history is traceable.

How we develop a plugin

You communicate directly with the people who build your solution, not intermediaries.

  1. Kick-off meeting

We map the process the plugin needs to support and how your team works today.

  2. Analysis

Atlassian API capabilities, plugin architecture, integrations and budget.

  3. Prototype

A first working version in your Jira environment that you can test right away.

  4. Iterative development

A working release every couple of weeks with continuous feedback.

  5. Testing and go-live

Security, performance and user training before launch.

  6. Maintenance

Atlassian platform update support and further development.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the difference between a Forge and a Connect plugin?

Forge is Atlassian’s newer cloud platform where the plugin runs on Atlassian infrastructure. Connect is the older approach where the plugin runs on your own server. Forge is simpler and more secure; Connect offers more flexibility. We recommend the right option based on your project.

  • Does the plugin work on Jira Cloud, Data Center or both?

We develop plugins for both Jira Cloud and Data Center. Many organisations are migrating from Data Center to the cloud and we help with that transition as well.

  • How long does plugin development take?

A simple extension can be ready in a few weeks; a more complex plugin like a risk management system takes 2–4 months. We provide an accurate estimate after analysis.

  • Can you further develop an existing plugin?

Yes. We start with a code audit and propose a plan, whether it is your own plugin or a third-party one.

  • How is data security ensured?

We are ISO 27001 certified. In plugin development we follow Atlassian security requirements and OWASP best practices. Data remains under your control.
