Cookie and privacy policy

This page explains which cookies this website uses, what our forms collect, and what you can do about your data.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They keep a site working, remember your choices, and measure how the site is used.

We do not track you without consent

Until you consent, this website loads no third-party measurement script, so none of them can store anything on your device. The bar at the bottom of the page asks, and you can change the answer at any time.

Which cookies we use

Necessary. Keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. The choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage) rather than as a cookie, and never reaches our server. They cannot be switched off and they do not track you.

Analytics. Google Analytics, configured inside the Google Tag Manager container. Shows in aggregate which pages are read, for how long, and where visitors arrive from. Provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Marketing. The Meta (Facebook) pixel. Measures how advertising campaigns perform and allows advertising to be retargeted. Provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

These services may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Both rely on safeguards recognised by the European Commission.

How to change your choice

The bar at the bottom offers two answers: "Accept" allows analytics and marketing, "Necessary only" allows neither. You can change the answer at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the website stays fully usable either way.

Who we are

This website is run by Opus Online OÜ (registry code 16115975), Pärnu mnt 158, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia. Questions go to info@opus.ee.

What we collect

Beyond the measurement described above, we collect only what you send us through a form. The contact form collects your name, e-mail address, phone number, message and the address of the page you sent it from. The application form also collects your LinkedIn profile, your answer to "where did you find this ad", and your CV file.

We use this only to answer you or to handle your application. It is kept in the European Union with our hosting and file-storage providers; apart from them we pass it to no one, we never sell it, and we do not use it for profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send through a form for as long as we need it to answer you or to handle your application, and delete it once that need has passed. Cookie lifetimes are set by each provider and stated in their own policies.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it is processed, and withdraw consent. Write to info@opus.ee. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
